Byron Bushara

Grades 6-8 Social Studies Teacher & Grade 6 Advisor

A graduate of The College of William & Mary, Byron admits that the only real colonial education he got was traipsing around Colonial Williamsburg, with interests more in 20th Century Europe. While not a Massachusetts native, Byron is pleased to call this his sixth home, after having lived in Geneva (Switzerland), Cambridge (England), Warrenton (Virginia, U.S.), Jacmel (Haiti), and Oxford (England). He hopes to bring the things he learnt from his times in these different places, to his teaching of social studies. Outside of his passion for history, Byron can either be found fossil hunting on the shoreline or photographing animals in the outdoors, and insists that when he “grows up” he wants to be an ornithologist.
