Lower School Teacher

Carol Anguilla is a seasoned educator and business professional with over 13 years of teaching experience following 16 years as a business lawyer. Carol has taught 2nd grade, 5th-8th grade history, and 8th grade English at an independent day school. She has also worked as an adjunct professor teaching business writing in a graduate management program in Boston. She earned her bachelor's degree at Boston College and her law degree at The Columbus School of Law in Washington, DC. After practicing law in DC, Boston, and Providence, Carol went back to school to earn a masters degree in teaching. She is mom to twin daughters and a son, and lives in Rhode Island with her husband, Andrew. Carol loves all things trivia and enjoys weekly Trivia NIght with friends. She is an avid reader who has been with the same Book Club since 2006. Carol is excited to join the vibrant community at The Sage School and is looking forward to a year of exploration and growth with her first graders.
