School Nurse
This is Elayna’s first year at Sage as the School Nurse. She was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and previously worked as the District Nurse for a large school district in Chicago. Elayna received her Associates Degree in Science and Nursing from Northwestern College and her Bachelors of Science and Nursing from the University of Illinois. Her nursing career began in women and infant services throughout various hospitals and clinics in the Chicago area. Outside of work, Elayna loves to spend time with her two daughters and husband. She loves to cook, dance, sing, and play board games with her family. They are also big fans of Disney and look for any reason to visit the happiest place on earth!
