Grade 4 Teacher
Kayla Feinberg first joined the Sage community in January 2016 as a substitute teacher. Working with all grade levels in various subjects, Kayla had the opportunity to get to know all Sage students and faculty. She has also been a teacher in our Summer Sage program for two years. Kayla received her B.A. in Elementary Education from High Point University. There she learned some of education’s best practices, including LEGO education programs and STEM philosophies. Along with her degree she left HPU with a teaching license for kindergarten through sixth grade. Her success at HPU led to her acceptance into Kappa Delta Pi, the National Honor Society of Educators. She received her M.A. from New York University in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. During her time at NYU, Kayla traveled to China to observe and work with students, and study the Chinese education system. She was born and raised in Medfield where she still lives with her family. Kayla is very excited to continue her teaching career at the Sage School.
