Professionals, Alumni Share Experiences at Career Day 2017

Categories: Latest News

Among the list of panelists who shared their expertise with more than sixty Middle School students at The Sage School’s 4th Annual Career Day were engineers, entrepreneurs, professors, architects, and lawyers. Students were given the unique opportunity to first choose from a group of themed panels (Medicine and Innovation, Environment, Pharmaceuticals and Technology, Business and Entrepreneurship, Social Technology, Law, Arts and Sports) and then interact with professionals across a variety of industries. Presenters shared their educational and professional paths, the passion behind their career choice, and how they came to work in their current fields. Sage students learned about the science and technology in pharmaceuticals, about keeping the world honest and equitable through law, about how non-profit organizations get started, and about the ways in which landscape design can improve an environment.
